I came in and met with Luis. We test drove a used vehicle and ended up driving off the lot with it that day. The staff was amazing from Luis all the way to Kimber in finance. I’m very frustrated with this Honda service. I had my car in for service last week and the service was not done. Then I was given a service advisor and awaited a call back as to when parts were to come in and a reschedule date for service. A week and a half later, and two calls I have made, yet still no call back. I’ve waited almost an hour to speak to someone, and again was told they would call back. Never called.

I had a 7am appointment to drop my car off and was supposed to have car maintenance done for a recall. Talked to two younger guys at service desk and was informed to fill out my envelope and put keys inside. Called service department around noon to check status of my car and and none had a clue about anything and they would call me back after checking around shop. Called back two hours later and no one answered my call so I left a message. Still no response. Came by after work to see what was going on with my vehicle and still no one knew anything. Walked back to same exact area that I was informed in the morning time to leave my envelope with keys and they are sitting in same spot. Came back to service desk to speak with manager and explained how I had a confirmation email for appointment and how I was instructed to leave my keys in a certain area. all she can say is that I put them in wrong area and she can squeeze me in on another date? Quality at its best. I appreciate all the help

I came in for an oil change, this time, and they did a 21 point inspection that revealed a couple of minor issues and discovered a small leak, which they were able to fix right away and, thus, prevent a future problem. After consulting with me, they resolved the minor problems by installing factory parts. I feel very confident that my vehicle will perform reliably, now, and the pleasant experience with the employees is a big part of the reason that I have done, and will continue to do, business with AutoNation for many years!

I purchased my vehicle from these guys in 2016 and that was a smooth process. It has been dealing with the service department that has been a nightmare. Last year it took WEEKS to get in with them and get an answer on some work my car needed. I spent hundreds thinking I fixed it. I had finally gotten an appointment, waited 6 hours for them to even look at it, and had to leave my car overnight with them since they got to it so late in the day. I went to another dealership recently for a software update and they found that my transmission was simply plugged up not allowing it to vent and leaking fluid all over the bottom of the car, estimating me another $400. I have left multiple voicemails to talk to them about this and get it sorted and I haven't received at call. This is unprofessional. I want my money back and can't even get a call returned.

We came to Auto Nation to check out Honda Passports. Although we loved our 2020 Honda Odyssey, we thought we might downsize if we found something we liked. We didn't really know what was available. John McGuinness was the perfect salesperson to help us. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took his time explaining everything we wanted or needed to know. We walked in just looking at options and ended the day with the Honda Passport Trailsport - the most awesome car we've ever owned! After our purchase, John helped us move everything from our Odyssey and set up different features of the car. Our financial person, Fab was equally wonderful! He made the process so simple! And Dan the general manager came to talk with us and offered assistance if we needed anything. The day after we bought our Passport, I took him up on his offer. I couldn't find my coat and had people at Autonation looking all over for it! They were so patient! They make an awesome team and we couldn't be happier with the whole experience.

I bought a 2017 CRV. My experience with Carlos and Steven was great. The first night I went to see the vehicle I got there and found it had been sold. Carlos showed me other vehicles on the lot and promised to find the car of my dreams. By the time I got home I received a text message from Carlos saying the car that I wanted was there. I just got a 2018 Honda it’s my first vehicle under my own name and my salesman made sure I was token care of. I honestly had almost given up on my Honda Pilot - lots of little things were breaking on it (even though I just bought it brand-new 3 years ago), I had a scary warning light that recently popped on, and my last experience with this Service Department was horrible. I was surprised because I've always heard such great things about Hondas! When I walked in for service yesterday and my service advisor Kristell and I started talking, I casually mentioned as an aside, "Oh, I'll never purchase another Honda again." Well, she made it her personal mission yesterday to change my mind...and it's definitely heading that way! She was super-personable, explained everything to me in detail and managed to finagle a couple of deals for me, even though my car had just passed over the 36,000 mile mark. I REALLY appreciated the partnership she developed with me as their customer - I finally felt some of the Honda love! What a joke! called in to make appointment for issue that was apparently already know but without available fix till months later(software updates). However they failed to say anything till after I show up for appointment. Waste of time. I wont be back to this autonation. Also had asked about having tpms replaced ok yeah come in again after they take the car for the day oh sorry we dont have the parts and dont know when we can get them. Their so call inspection of the vehicle said new tires I had put on 6months ago needed replacement 🙄 watch out!

The service department did a great job communicating with me throughout the day with the progress of my maintenance check up. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was told I would need to pay extra for a diagnostic for my battery. I asked why I would need a diagnostic on a brand new car battery. I was told to call and speak to the service manager. I called the next week and left a message for the service manager expressing my concern that we would need a diagnostic on our new battery and never received a phone call back. When we purchased our new Honda CRV they did a charge on the battery, saying this was normal. Stephen Miley and Leo Baquerizo were our sales specialist. I am not sure who to contact to get help with our concerns.

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service crew at Auto Nation Honda in Westminster. We just purchased a Honda Insight from a used car lot down in Denver for my 16yr old daughers first car, but the radio was not working. Needed a code entered, and they guy we purchased from tried to plug in the codes he had , but locked it out. He said just take the car and registration to any Honda dealer and they will hook it up. So I pulled in the lot, a sales guy told me to go down to service., and they had me to pull in and and sure enough, never spent a dime in the place and they full on gave a red carpet experience, took some work, but they figured it out, 15 minutes in and out the door. I I did not catch names, but thank you for the great customer service!!!! Could never give my daughter her first car without the radio working, Thanks again!

We had our 2020 Honda Odyssey serviced on Friday. Saturday morning pulled it out of the garage to find multiple oil spots in the garage. Called and had to leave a message. Never got a returned call. Called again Monday. Same story. Called again Tuesday, was told our issue was going to go out to the General Manager and Service Manager and we'd get a call back soon. Still waiting for that call. mean while we've got cardboard down in the garage to catch the oil from our $40,000 vehicle that wasn't leaking before taking to Autonation Honda at 104th.

Went to get an airbag recall done, took 2 phone calls to set up the appointment. They did the work quickly and let me know it was done. But after I picked up my car the airbag light is on, I keep calling to try to get it resolved but and they keep saying they will have someone else call me back. Still no call back, I would go somewhere else. But they have to fix it. I would not recommend going here to get a recall fixed, they seem to just not care

I had issues with my engine within the first year of purchase. it was a used car, had 150k when I purchased, so these repairs weren't a surprise. I had purchased an extended warranty just in case. I'm glad I did. They went above and beyond to advocate for me with the warranty company when they didn't want to pay for my vehicle repair, due to being beyond the warranty timeframe. The warranty company ended up agreeing to the repair. After further investigation, it was discovered that my entire engine would need to be replaced. The Service Manager, Bob, again advocated for me and got an engine with half of the miles put in my vehicle, along with all of the original repairs, all covered under the warranty. Their service department took the time to explain to me what was going on with my vehicle and helped guide me through this process. Extremely grateful for this, saved me a ton of money and headaches.

I had an emergent problem on Vail Pass...could have been engine and/or cooling system problem. In any event, I was stuck with a nonfunctional car on my way from Eagle, CO to Colorado Springs. Called AAA and was towed 90 miles to the "nearest" Honda dealer, AutoNation Honda 104. Arrived there a bit before 2 PM (2+ hour tow). Service was "busy" but they expedited my situation and I was out before 5. Radiator hose had essentially been pulverized, engine tested and was ok, cooling system flushed, car tested on road. Pictures of the real culprit-radiator hose clamp had never been in "locked" position...once shown to the last folks who had worked on the system (after a "deer hit" a few months ago) immediately recognized their fault and wrote me a check that covered my bill (which was way less than I'd expected, too). The service team, from desk to mechanic, was exemplary in every respect..."an 11 out of 10, if that were possible.

I believe that the service work was performed adequately, but they lost my car keys. Unbelievable! After a 30 minute search all over the service department, they found them filed in the wrong place. I expect a Honda dealer to have their act together.

This was handy as the Chevy Avalanche That I had been looking at was in high demand and I could not get to the dealership right away. Steve Oswald, my sales man was very professional and friendly. He gave me all information on the truck that they had found and fixed as it was a 2013. I don't remember the Financial officers name but he got me a lower rate then what first quoted to me, which will save me thousands of dollars. This was the best Autonation I have visited, some of the others seem to big or to busy to get the attention I did here.

I scheduled my appointment 2 weeks in advance for a recall. Upon arriving for the appointment I waited 15 minutes for someone to talk to me to get my car checked in. Then 15 minutes into my ride home I received a call that they did not have the part they needed to replace for the recall and that they couldn't get it until the next day. Since I did not have a ride set up for the next day, we turned around to go get my car. I waited in line to be helped for several minutes and was then passed over to another person, who I had to wait several more minutes for. Again, I had about a 15 minute wait to be helped just to get my keys back for my car that they couldn't fix despite my appointment. The staff were friendly and apologetic when I finally got to talk to them, but the experience was frustrating and seems like it should have been avoided given the nature of my appointment. The whole process took over an hour and I still need to get the part replaced.

We’ve been going here the past two years with two vehicles. No issues with their work. But the customer service…. When you drop a vehicle at 9a for an oil change and small recall work you’d expect to get same vehicle back that day. Or a call saying it would be the next day. But no call and no one answering the phones, or returning the messages your system says to leave is really unacceptable. Had to drive over there the next afternoon after 5+ calls not answered, 2 messages not returned. No thanks. Do better.

The purchasing process was really easy. I bought a service plan with my vehicle and have not had good experiences with the service center. They are nice enough, but it takes hours to get basic service. My oil change last week was 4 hours. I looked into selling my vehicle back to them a few years after buying it, and they offer way below blue book. I know all dealerships offer below blue book because they want to sell it at a fair price and still make a profit, but they were a solid $5000 under what my vehicle is worth. I also have a brand new set up winter tires on wheels and new summer tires on wheels, worth a couple of thousand beyond blue book.

Scheduled a routine oil change and tire rotation for 9am. I read this disclaimer at the location that the autonation Honda 104 was under staffed so they appreciated customers patience but the issue I had with the entire process was, after reading this, I expressed to the guy that I understand that wait time might be extended due to staff shortage and I had obligations in the early afternoon so would it be best for me to reschedule? He assured me it would only take an hour, at most hour and a half and that he would come get me in the waiting area after it was done. So hearing that, I obliged and proceeded to sign the paperwork. Long story short, after waiting for well over an hour and a half, I finally decided to leave the waiting area and check the status of my vehicle only to find out that my key and paperwork were on the counter amongst several other car keys and my vehicle had been ready for awhile and I was just handed my key and paperwork with no verbal breakdown of my cars 5 point inspection. There was someone else who wasn't originally at the counter when I first checked in who checked me out. I didn't leave autonation Honda 104 until around 1230pm, and ended up being late to my other appointment that afternoon. My issue is not with the service of my vehicle (so far) but with the customer service aspect and lack of communication. I would have gladly rescheduled had I known I'd be waiting as long as I did for a oil change but I will not be returning to this location. I have received much better service at autonation Chevy north and the only reason I came here was because they were booked so far out. Transparency is all anyone wants when it comes to customer service and I didn't get that, that day.

The service department is awful! Took my Ridgeline in for a recall initiated by Honda. Was told should take an hour or 2 at the most. 5 hours later they told me they couldn’t do the recall and I would have to make an appointment at another dealership because they couldn’t do the recall there. Said there was other damage done by a 3rd party. When I asked how they knew that it was damaged by the 3rd party, I was told it was because they didn’t do the last oil change. They are incompetent and waist of time. Update: went to another Honda dealership in Boulder Fisher Honda and they were able to complete the recall in 45 minutes. Was there for less than an hour total.

Great experience - even though I made an appointment for 8:30 I arrived to 6 other people already waiting in line. I thought "oh no, this is going to take forever" but as soon as 8:30 hit, the 3 service folks moved pepole quickly through the line. The whole team was operating efficiently (adding liners to all cars, getting numbers put in and confirming intake information on each vehicle). I appreciated the communication throughout my service (a 75K tune up and overall check) which took about 5 hours. The warranty company denied our claim because they stated the engine had not been serviced in a long time. "Prior owner neglected the engine" The management of the dealership told us we had to fight with the warranty company ....the very company they sold us and they will not take responsibility for not doing a basic oil change and basic services to the car to be able to sell the car. This was my Son's first car experience. My son is paying for a car he does not have and no one wants to help us. 😒

My experience with this place was really bad. We brought in our car to sell, they looked at the car and we agreed on price, we started paperwork and we had to wait a little bit to get all the pieces from bank and original dealership. About a week later (time to close the deal) the called us telling us they wouldn’t remember how much they offered and now the price was over 20% less than their original offer. Tried to explain to them that we agreed something else and we would’ve never agreed to sell it for less than that, but there was no case we just wasted our time and effort dealing with an unprofessional and very disrespectful dealership.

My wife recently dropped her car off for Honda recall and they took the whole day and didn’t bother calling after reaching out 4 times for service completion and pick up. Not a big deal at the end of the day, understand labor issues and shortages everywhere. The car also needed new tires and possibly an oil change - since she works and has kid duty would have been nice if they inspected everything and we could have gotten everything done same day to avoid the inconvenience of dropping off the car for the whole day.

You can’t negotiate prices which makes it less of a hassle. I found something wrong with the car I bought that was supposed to have been inspected by their mechanics beforehand. it was even on the checklist that they had inspected it without problems, when there was in fact a problem. I didn’t get a warranty because it was a used car and now I’m stuck paying repairs.

Upon arrival, my check in was easy and I was given an estimated time for how long my appointment would last. I enjoyed a cappuccino in their clean and large waiting area. Ended up test driving a few different vehicles and settled on a 2019 Toyota Corolla. I wasn't expecting to get qualified for financing since I had recently lost my job but with a significant down payment, Fab in financing was able to work some magic and get me qualified. I’ve been trying to get my dome light repaired. ! year ago I took it in and was told I needed to replace the dome light. They ordered a new one, and I brought it back a 2nd time and they replaced it. It worked for a couple of weeks and then quit working. I brought it back in for them to fix it, visit #3 and they said it was a loose wire and fixed it. It worked for a few more weeks and the quit working in the same fashion. I called and set up another appointment, took it in and was told the dome unit needed to be replaced again and they would have to order it. This was visit #4. They said the part was in, and I took it in last week to get it replaced, visit #5. After being there for about 30 minutes was told that the part had actually not come in even though it had been previously ordered. So now it is on order and I am to get a call when it comes in and will then schedule another visit to get it installed. I am seriously wondering whether Toyota will fix my Honda.

Sold a car out from under me. Tried to offer a deposit. Filled out the credit app ASAP. They even pulled my credit not bothering to mention someone else was in there looking. I even told the guy earlier in the day that I could pay cash if needed. Only reason I filled out credit app was to secure the car and buy it. They didn’t care so probably won’t care about this review but definitely don’t recommend any business who doesn’t care about their customers. I bought a 2019 Ridgline in July. Was told they would fix the scratch down the passenger side of the vehicle and wrote it into the contract. I didn't hear from them until they lost some paperwork and need my signature. I took the paperwork in and asked about getting the scratch fixed and was told they would call me. I took the truck in last week thinking they would fix the scratch. They tried to fill it but only in one spot and made it look worse than it did before taking it in. The salesman tried telling me that he went to bat for me but that's the best they can do. I guess making it look worse than when i took it in is the best they can do..... They also told me their paint guy was very meticulous. I think what he did was a joke. Won't buy another car from them and definitely would not recommend.

They are currently low staffed which did increase my wait time, and even with the pressures of this all of the staff remained helpful and honest about the wait time. They answered my questions and took care of my vehicle with a smile.

I recently moved to Denver and needed to get regular maintenance performed on my 2020 Honda Insight. I had purchased an extended Honda Care maintenance package through the dealership where I purchased my new vehicle. It covers MANY things past oil changes and multi-point inspections. The service manager (along with his employee) argued with me for a few minutes, telling me that I wasn't correct and that my package only covered oil changes and a multi-point inspection. I informed them that I've had my car taken care of by one dealership under this plan, with no problems. He said he would call the dealership to verify this information, even after I showed him my plan directly off the Honda website. When I received my car back 2 hours later, he didn't call the dealership and didn't have the service techs do any of the maintenance they were supposed to for my Honda Care plan. He never changed the service order to go along with my service plan. He informed me that they didn't need to do anything, since everything looked fine (incorrect). I never received an apology for their confusion or mistake, nor did I receive an offer to take care of the other tasks that they should have done under my plan. I will never return to AutoNation 104 - I felt like I was going to a Grease Monkey style place, not a Honda dealership. Furthermore, I will be contacting Honda Corporate to let them know about this situation and my lack of proper service that I paid for under my Honda Care plan.

AutoNation Honda 104 used to have a good service department. Now, they have new and untrained service advisors, have lost many of their mechanics, and have a new service manager. None of these people follow through or do a thorough or good job. It is important to know that a service appointment is now just a five minute appointment to to talk to a service advisor. It is NOT an appointment to get a car looked at or fixed.

Took my CRV in for a humming sound from my AC. Had received a letter regarding the sound and expected it to be covered. Kept my car for 5 hours, never called with an update. I had to call them. 4 1/2 hours after I had drop my car off they were just getting it to the vehicle. When they called me back 30 minutes later, they said that it was not the engine but the air conditioning and they would have to tear into the entire system to find out what was wrong. They also said that it was not covered. Very hard to understand them and extremely rude

The service lady, Annissa Medina, explained the recall issue and time for a service of the rear differential. In addition, I need to have someone explain to me about the ware on my tires. Do has a question though, we are having excessive wear on the leather part of the steering wheel and was told it was a wear item and therefore wasn?t covered under warranty! I believe it should be, as it only has 34,500 miles on it! Have a 2014 Civic that had a leather seat wearing out and they replaced it under warranty! Why the difference?

This review is specifically of the service department on their handling of install of options I purchased on my new 2021 Passport - I continually had to follow up on my own to schedule and check status of the install of the options we purchased with the new car. On the original services date I was notified when I picked the car up that "not all the parts are in" and that I would have to come back to finish the work at a later time. After ~3-1/2 weeks, I called to check status and miraculously the needed parts showed up that day. When I expressed my concerns to the Director of Service, there was no acknowledgement of how this could have inconvenienced me. The service director simply made excuses for his service department not scheduling me the first time when all the parts were in. He also wanted to provide me proof that the parts did miraculously appear at their dealership on the day I called to check in 3-1/2 weeks later. There is a clear breakdown in the AutoNation 104 Honda's Service Departments processes and systems. Getting options installed on a new car purchase should be a fun experience. When the customer has to do all the leg work and has to make more trips to the service department than necessary, it takes the enjoyment out of the new car buying process. I probably would accept the fact that "things happen" had there been 1 ounce of understanding how these mishaps could have inconvenienced me. I would recommend this dealership to a friend to buy from our sales person Jay Dureja however I will recommend they take their service needs elsewhere.

one of worst customer experience from the sales guy(I think his name is Ben). I bought vehicle protection plan with lease buyout. Due to Covid-19, I did all paper work remotely. The sales guys was eager to get the paper work done so that he can get his commission. But once I signed the paper works, the issue stared. I could not get a hold of anybody. Even sales manager and finance manager was unresponsive. I was not asking anything extra but copy of contract and vehicle protection. but no one responsive. to them you are just sales $ figure. do not expect any customer support from them. I still have not gotten any info on vehicle protection contract after multiple emails and phone calls.

I returned for some minor follow up work and they had my car for 3 days and suddenly the battery was dead and needed replacement. I went in for an oil change and to get help figuring out what was going on with my rear window washer (the washer fluid wasn't dispensing). I was quoted $100 just for them to look into the rear window situation. They discovered that the washer fluid line somehow came undone and all they had to do was reconnect it - a seemingly easy fix. During their multipoint inspection, they found that my rear brake pads were pretty worn out and in need of being replaced. So since that was going to cost me $400+, they comp'd the $100 rear window charge. While I'm grateful they didn't make me pay that $100 because of my already high bill, that initial quote seemed suspiciously high. Outside of that and my overall wait time being about 3 hours for all of the work to be completed, I don't have any complaints. The waiting area was nice, clean, and spacious.

I had a horrible experience. First off, I called to schedule an appointment and asked them to order the parts I needed. Side note, just a few months prior I went in for an oil change and they gave me a quote which means they SHOULD have everything they need for me. Well I thought it was strange I didn?t get a confirmation of my appointment. So I called the day of and it turns out my appointment was never scheduled but my parts were ordered. No big deal so I rescheduled for the following week. I then mistakenly went the day before my appointment. When I got there they said sorry we can not fit you in. It?s fine, I made the mistake. At this time I asked the lady to check my parts making sure they got the correct ones and everything was ready for my appointment. Appointment day, I got there 5 minutes early and they were packed so I had to wait 10 minutes to be seen. Then they asked me what I was quoted because they didn?t have any paperwork. Umm it was over the phone I don?t remember the exact amount. I had to wait for the car so I waited 2 hours and after 2 hours the lady comes out and says, ?We don?t have all the parts for your car and I need to bring it the next day!? I was like absolutely not. I came in on my day off I now need to go to work. She was upset I would not reschedule. I took my car and left. After this experience I will never go back to this location. This is just uncalled for to make someone wait 2 hours to tell them you can?t fix the car. Plus I checked the day before to make sure all parts were in and it would be a simple fix. They are so disorganized. How can you schedule an appointment and order parts and not schedule the appointment. How do you know have my quote on file ready to go for my appointment? How can you make someone wait 2 hours before letting them know you are not prepared?

I love auto-nation Honda! I get my oil change there and they send me notifications when I need my next one done and they do change it within 1 hour so not bad at all. My experience with buying a used car was that the cars are not honestly and thoroughly inspected before going on the lot. Their prices are high. Their customer service is non existent. They will not follow through on promises, even when in writing. Once you are off their lot, you are on your own.

Halei Ayala was one of the most pleasant and caring persons I have met at the service counter. She had a warm smile, listened attentively, was efficient in the overall car check at the beginning. She made me feel at ease. I was upset because the nav screen went beserk at night on a narrow lonely and dark highway. The navigation system being whacko was so distracting I could hardly concentrate and dangerous. I was mad at Honda. Halei put my mind at ease!!!!!! I read where this nav screen issue is quite common in later model Honda cars. The fix was a computer update - so why not a recall, Honda?????

I got a voicemail more than a week ago from the service department letting me know that all of the accessories I ordered were in and I needed to schedule an appointment to have them installed. Vibration on driver side floor also on accelerator, brake pedal and foot rest when car is moving. Having problems with Infotainment center, Radio, shuts off by it's self. VERY POOR BUSINESS INTEGRITY! BEWARE!! RUN!! = Shxt SHOW LONG story short, they sold me a used Honda with a "we owe" contract. They did not fulfill that promise and also LIED to me about it. Because of that, they sold me a car that would not pass emissions. Isn't that illegal? Did they care? NO. How convenient that they released the car to me (after supposed delays) after their 5 day warranty window was up. Once you are off their lot, you are SCREWED and they are done with you. They proved to me over and over again that they will not do the right thing. The only thing they are good at is SCAMMING. After I circled back to them about the car not being fixed like they said it was, they (and by they I mean the Sales Manager Christi - my sales guy never returned my calls/texts) escalated the issue by telling me there was now a bigger problem they found that was not there when they were selling it to me. We're talking less than a half of a tank of gas later. This went from a bad CO2 sensor to a busted head gasket to "probably the entire engine is bad". Christi told me that she personally would not have bought the car - but they have it on their lot for sale?? Their way of taking care of me was to give me $1,000 for the $5,000 vehicle I had just bought cash OR take it across the street to Carmax and see what they'll give me for a worthless car I was JUST sold by them. Pass the problem to someone else? They treated me like complete trash. Their solution to the problem is very very telling and an accurate reflection of how they do business. They are not BBB accredited for a GOOD reason. Christi was a brick wall to deal with, kept spitting out the same bullxxxx responses with zero compassion and would not allow me to talk to anyone above her. I left the dealership in tears and somehow Christi found a way to sleep at night - a talent I do not personally have - thank goodness. She had no problem looking me in the eyes and saying I could trust her and then turning around and completely screwing me. Literally handed me keys to the car while it was puffing black smoke and did not blink twice. I really cannot put into words how disgusted I was. Anyhow, some tips: DO NOT TRUST what they tell you AT ALL. It turns out that a new set of spark plugs was all that was needed for my "bad engine". I don't know how they are not experts in their own brand or maybe they knew this and they thought I would cave and put $4,000+ into their pocket. I also don't know how they sold and inspected a ready to go car with bad spark plugs?! I still cannot believe that they acted so foolish over such a small thing. I thank my angels that after months of this going on and a large amount of stress, I still ended up with a good car for me and my kiddos - yay Honda - bad dealership!!! I also cannot believe that they would rather make a small amount of money on me than have me be treated fairly and spreading good word of mouth. ZERO MORALS HERE. Another tip: do not fall for their scare tactics and do get a second opinion. I was able to get more information from Auto Zone's free check engine light reader than the dealer!! WTF Summary - this place is AWFUL. JUST SAY NO. NOT ONLY NO, Hell NO. PS - their prices ARE NOT GOOD anyhow!

Came in for a routine oil change, left the shop with electrical problems - doors locking by themselves, car radio turning on and off, my check engine light coming on. Took the car back in the same day and the tech who worked on it wouldn't even come out and talk to me. He used the receptionist as a messenger pigeon to talk to me and basically told me there was nothing he could do. I understand that these techs are busy, but he couldn't take 5 minutes out of his day to take a look at my car. Made another appointment for a full diagnostic, turned out that the guy didn't tighten my battery cables properly. It was the tech's fault, and I had to pay the $100 to get it "fixed". Manager was supposed to call me 2 weeks ago to refund me the money, because I should not be the one having to pay almost $200 for a routine oil change. Surprise! Manager never called back. Interesting note: they sent me a message a few days later saying I missed my appointment (which I didn't) so no customer survey was sent out to me. Very sketchy! NEVER GOING TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

Took 2018 CR-V EX in for 20K service. Got there 15 minutes before appt. time. Calvin took all my info and said it would be 1 1/2 hours. I arrived at Auto Nation 104 around 1:51pm September 22, 2020 for a scheduled Oil Change. I explained to the Service Advisor, I have my own oil and filter plus gasket. The location of these items are on the passenger seat. I explained further if a cabin filter is needed to let me know the price and condition of same. No filter needed. The above work to be done was called in the week before and the Service Person advised me that the earliest I could get in was September 22nd and I said OK. The person at the oil change station took my information and wrote her notes down on her hand, I thought that to be a bit unusual. I went into the waiting room and sat there tell the service adviser told me of some items that would need attention at different intervals, mileage wise. Then she presented me with the bill and it was $56 something, I think that price is out of line. She then told me, my oil, filter and gasket had not been used. That she had dropped the "Ball". I asked to see the Service Manager and Please remove your oil and filter, gasket and use mine on the front passenger seat. In the mean time I sat in the waiting area to meet with the Service Manager, I met with the Dave and he explained the problem and the solution to the short fall. Their oil, filter and gasket were removed and mine were used and at No additional cost to me. The service manager apologized to me as did the Lady whom took my order to begin with.

I am very comfortable with the AutoNation Honda staff. They are professional friendly and helpful. I feel “safe” going there if that makes sense. I trust them. They explain everything very clearly to me. And thumbs up to Sebastian. There are plenty of outdoor places to wait for us customers who would rather be outside while our cars are being worked on. So I chose to wait outside yesterday and decided to take a little walk. I was a distance away from the garage when I heard Sebastian calling me. They had finished my car sooner than expected and Sebastian trekked all the way over to where I was to come get me. He didn’t need to do that but he was just being thoughtful so I could be on my way sooner. That kind of courtesy seems to be standard attitude there. And thanks Sebastian for literally going the extra mile for me.

I was pleased with the sales experience, and AutoNation Honda 104's agreeing to repair a bad motor mount at their cost. I was surprised they had not noticed this issue and repaired it prior to placing this vehicle for sale, as it was very noticeable when test driving. I was not impressed with the finance department as they raised the interest rate on my financial contract, even though I did not finance the vehicle through them, as I used my Credit Union for financing. When I questioned them, they said they had the right to increase the interest rate! My Credit Union stated that they did not authorize the dealership to change the interest rate, and corrected the finance documents. Be Careful of the Finance Department at this Dealership!!!

I have a 2016 Honda CRV I purchased new here. I’ve been going here to get serviced since and have never been happy with the customer service. Today was my last straw and will never go back again. I have not received any notification telling me they are now by appointment only. Went in for an oil change today with no appointment. When I arrived there were NO cars being serviced and all four mechanics were sitting around. Who knows, maybe all on a break at once. The manager asked what I needed and I told him a routine oil change. He proceeded to tell me they are by appointment only and can get me in tomorrow or Monday. I looked around and said “there’s literally no one here!” He looked at me blankly. I walked out. Times before I’ve stood there for five to ten minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AUTONATION HONDA 104! Found a place closer to my house Oil Me LLC. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! FINALLY A PLACE WHERE THEY STRIVE ON CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS IN AND OUT IN 20 MINUTES AND COMPETITIVE RATES.

NEVER EVER COME HERE, there customer service in the service department is HORRIBLE! I was the 2nd of 4 cars that entered the bay for service, I was the last to be served. I had an 8:30 appointment, the guy with the 9:30 got served before me and he was the last car to enter the pay. On a prior service, they charged me for a service that was supposed to be provided under a warranty that I had purchased. If you are looking for customer service, this is not the place to come.

The service representative Marcus did a great job! It took a little long to diagnose my problems; 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 but once they did they got me in a loaner car which I was able to use for the duration of my service. The staff was very friendly, Marcus explained everything very well and my car was fixed and ready to go in a few days.

My relative had her car serviced there yesterday but doesn't have a FB account. She raved about how positive it was. All she had done was have the oil changed but her son spilled some oil when he was putting a quart in which raised a red flag with them that there might be a leak. The fellow she dealt with, Mr. Chu, listened to her and determined there was no leak and no charge to her for looking at this. She appreciated his integrity and honesty in accessing the situation. The are AAA rated. She will be back the next time she needs to have her car serviced. Kudos to Mr. Chu for being a great employee.

My customer service rep was Jennifer. She was great! Very polite, attentive, professional, and prompt. I felt free to ask questions or request a certain way of returning communication to me, all without feeling like I was burdening her. Everything went smoothly. I have had no issues with my windshield so far. Honda immediately informed me of an unexpected issue with 3 of my tires (nails), gave me their prices and didn't make me feel unappreciated when my husband and I decided to go a different route for tires. AutoNation Honda 104 was recommended to me when I moved to Denver....particularly their express oil change service. They not only perform that service but check other fluid levels and check out the automobile for other possible issues. I drive very little since I live downtown and can walk to most everything so my car wasn't due for service mileage-wise but hadn't been in for a checkup for quite some time. The service technician performed the oil change and recommended a brake flush and a fuel cleaning service. I want my car to perform well and be reliable so I took the recommendations and had both services performed. The service department was quite busy and I generally wait at the facility during service and while the additional services took some time, they did their best to have my car completed as soon as was possible. I feel confident that Auto Nation Honda 104 will keep my Honda Accord going for many more miles.

I have been taking my cars here for years. First I started out with my '15 Pilot, taking it to the service department for all of it's maintenance. I love the guys and gals in there, they take care of you quickly and have always had a smile for me. My favorite part is the courtesy driver Jimmy!!! He is just a delight and being the chatty Kathy that I am I love talking to him on the ride home or back to the dealership! Recently though we had to replace my Pilot due to an accident. Being that I LOVED my Pilot I decided to return to Honda 104th to check out a new Pilot or Odyssey. We used the Costco Auto Program and weren't disappointed. We were given a phenomenal price on top of the Honda loyalty incentive!! Our salesman Jay went above and beyond what I expected and one of the sales manager Christi is now my favorite person there!!! Definitely check them out if your in need of a car or just an oil change!!!

I spent four whole days here trying to buy a car. Nobody knew what they were doing and constantly gave me conflicting information. Buying a car here was so stressful i almost bought a bus pass. It was disappointment after disappointment. My appointments werent respected or honored. On top of it my brand new 2018 has a broken inside doom light that could have and should have been easily fixed. Beyound ANNOYED.*Update Thanks Dan for reaching out to get that light fixed. Apprciated! I have to start by saying I happy about my experience until recently. I had my car a couple days maybe a week and the carpet in the back was coming out. It looked like it had been glued previously. I had the sales guy look at it and he said that the best thing they could do was glue it. It looks horrible. My brakes, well I thought it was my brakes were squeaking and i called. No response. Then they started grinding so I emailed and no response. When I bought the car it was cold and snowy so the first day of nice warm weather to where i could turn on air conditioner it wouldn't get cold. So I called again and sales guy said to call service. I set the next earliest appointment. And found out that there was something that hit air conditioner to where it was dented or something that let all the Freon out. The brakes were actually the rotors and they were rusted and that's why they were grinding and last carpet still coming out, but worse. I had bought extended warranty and everything submitted, but guess what? Nothing was covered, bit even a $1 of the $3000. I came to autonation because I was just screwed over with a terrible car and in the first week i had the carpet start and less than a month my other problems and I'm supposed to cover it. Now i wonder what's going to happen next. I went in first week and still didn't get helped. I don't think i would recommend Autonation after having problems that im suppose to cover in less than a month

I took my car in for service as the rear wiper wasn't squirting fluid. I had purchased the Honda Pilot brand new from that dealership four weeks prior to taking it in for this repair. The rear wiper has never squirted fluid. The service provider immediately said it was rodents. I said there isn't a rodent problem where I live. He said it was still probably rodents. I said I have cats who keep the rodent population down. He said then it may have been a cat that chewed through a line. I said no, it wasn't cats. He said he has seen damage done by cats. He asked where I park my car. I said on the driveway, He said it was probably rodents. He asked where the car is parked during the day at work. He asked if I park beside an open field - wait for it - where rodents could get to it. I said I park inside an underground parking garage. He said he has seen rodents inside underground parking garages. I said it wasn't rodents. He said it probably was but the technician would let us know. An hour later the service guy called me and said I was right, it wasn't rodents. It was a loose connection!!!!!!!! He kept trying to put the blame on me, the customer, and I did not appreciate that. He had a comeback for everything I said. I only go there for service as it is the closest to my house but I am going to rethink before ever going there again.

It is unfortunate seeing the bad reviews on this page. I don’t know if the employees they worked with have since been removed, but I have never had issues with AutoNation Honda 104. I purchased my 2015 CR-V in 2018, certified pre-owned. It had some minor hail damage at the time of purchase and they promised to pop out the dents for me. Brought my car in a few weeks later to get that and windshield protection installed. Was given a time frame of 24 hours, but it was done in 6-7! Was able to get my car back same day. Went back in this week to get my trunk latch fixed as it wasn’t opening. I was able to get a shuttle to work and their shuttle driver was the sweetest man! He asked several times if I needed a breakfast or coffee stop before taking me to my location. They were able to diagnose the issue in a couple hours and it was covered under my extended warranty. The car was fixed by the end of my work shift. I am constantly pleased with the service and respect provided at this location. I also enjoy that they always seem to get work done faster than initially expected. I try and respect the employees and their time, being understanding if things take longer, but I have never had to worry about that. I will always recommend others to this location. I’m even trying to talk my dad into getting a CR-V or Pilot! Happy, lifelong customer for sure :) PS. Additional compliments to Jennifer Tipton and the kind maintenance technicians ❤️

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Traded in my 2016 Malibu for a 2018 Honda Civic. I was lied to about the features of the car by the sales rep (Steve) was told it was great on gas and also had a sport mode. Car isn’t good on gas and doesn’t have a sports mode. I was gonna return the car but was reassured by Steve that the car had the features I wanted. That same day I found out one of my brothers had passed away. You would think a business that makes billions a year would have a little bit more compassion, empathy and integrity. All I got was the managers saying we’re a business so your xxxx out of luck basically after paying 19,000 for a car that lacked everything I expected In the vehicle even after expressing my concerns to the sales rep. Derek and Sarah the managers didn’t care showed NO empathy to my situation. You would think they would want their customers to leave happy well NOT here. Please don’t let them manipulate you in thinking you can trust them to get you into the car of your dreams they just want sales and could careless. Now I’m stuck with a car that I thought was the car of my dreams but its reality is a nightmare with none of the features I intended to get for trading in my vehicle.

The rest of the staff was also very friendly and provided great customer service. Only small issue was that the coffee maker/machine was broken and it was taking a while to repair. The service/parts staff invited us to go to the sales area to get coffee, which was nice, but the time it took to get a simple cup of coffee was unusually long. Otherwise, excellent service, thanks for a great experience!

My daughter went to have the oil changed on her Acura MDX. While she was there she asked if they could check to see why her tire pressure light was coming on and what was wrong with her fog light. She was told there would be a $100 charge for each problem and it would not be applied to the bill if she got the service done. We have four Acura’s and we have never had to pay a fee for diagnostic on a problem. They did do a free diagnostics on the differential, something she didn’t ask for. It appears they aren’t interested in retaining loyal customer, instead they prefer to charges fees for service not performed. Very disappointed Honda.

I brought my Honda CR-V in for warranty work. The rear deck lid opened at random times, four to be exact. I explained the issue to Kristil Gardino and she advised me the car would need to stay most of the day and that a ride would be provided for me. The driver, Jimmy took me home and would pick me up when the service was complete. I'm hoping the problem has been resolved. I've not had an issue thus far. Thanks goes out to the service technician who handled this.

After a negative experience at another Honda dealership, I decided to look for a different place to service my car. I definitely had a much better experience at AutoNation Honda. Greetings in the morning, followed by good communication, the job done well and in a reasonable time. So when my car needs service again, I will go back to AutoNation

I was so disappointed by my last trip here. Prior to now, I’ve been very pleased with them - bought my car there, and I intentionally drive out of my way to always have service there, with great customer service in the past. But last weekend was a completely different story - not sure if it was a one-off day for them, or if it reflects a new overall shift for the worse, but it may well be the worst experience I’ve ever had at any car place. I went for a simple oil change, also did the rec’d air filter change. I had a tightly covered hot drink thermos left in center console (an oversight which I own/accept responsibility for). When I got my car back, as I was leaving I noticed the lid was off the container & the passenger seat was soaked in coffee. Soaked. While I still don’t even understand how that happened w a closed container, what actually bothers me more than the spill (I get it - accidents happen) is the fact that **no one was going to tell me**. There is no way possible that it went unnoticed by the person who spilled it, but rather than accept responsibility & let me know, I guess they were hoping I wouldn’t notice?!? I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve even had a drink in my car since I bought it (& never food in it), so the spill stood out like a sore thumb. When I pointed it out, they apologized and cleaned the cloth seat, but it’s been days and my car still smells like old coffee/cream. I’m embarrassed to even have anyone ride with me, it smells so bad. I know this is a “first world problem”, and in the grand scheme of life it is not the apocalypse, but I’ve kept my car impeccably clean before this happened, and now the smell makes me dread having to get in it. On top of it, when I got to my car, the contents of my glovebox were all over the front floor (they had to remove it to change air filter), and it didn’t close properly. Again, I do understand that unintended accidents happen - what bothers me to the point of writing a review is the lack of voluntarily accepting responsibility, coupled with an utter & blatant demonstration of having zero respect for my property & my space. I never knew it was possible to trash a car in so little time...and then act like nothing was out of the norm. If I ever spilled something in someone else’s vehicle, I would be immediately apologizing profusely and proactively asking how I could help fix it, and if I ever spilled things out of someone else’s glove box, I would immediately pick them up & put it back how I found it. Their complete disrespect for customers’ vehicles & disregard of basic ethical standards of behavior are appalling.

I rec'd a coupon from AutoNation on 104th because I purchased our Dodge Caravan there in 2017. I thought the coupon was for a complimentary alignment and, since I had just installed snow tires, thought it would be a good service. Unfortunately, the coupon was for an alignment check and not the alignment but because the service tech failed to quote me a price for the alignment (and the car barely needed it; i get an alignment twice a year) they did provide it to me for free. I appreciated that. BTW, the cost was $138, which is twice what I pay for Brakes Plus to do it.

I am now finding out after bringing my car in to the ford dealership because of a rattling that I heard was caused by an accident and an improper repair done. The rattling is due to body work that was not fixed and this caused my piece to rattle because it cant clip in. Because it has been over 5 days and more than 250 miles I am out of luck they say. I do not Recommend this store for the purchase of any vehicle. I know the store knew that they were selling me a car with problems. Also they told me that their checklist of 125 points checked my wheel alignment and thrust angle, well They lied about checking that as well because the car was out of alignment as soon as I bought it.

If you love to go back and forth negotiating with sales people this is the place for you! They first present you with a price that is so high anyone would get mad. The second price is also ridiculous but getting closer to what they are hoping to get out of you. They automatically add in a appearance package, window tint, windshield insurance, and of course a dealer handling fee. I don’t have the patience to deal with the caliber of people in this store so I left after the second pass. I bet you could get a OK deal on about the fourth time. My recommendation is to do a test drive only go home and get pricing on the Internet. I’ve bought a lot of cars. This was the worst experience I have ever had!

I was given prompt attention upon arrival with a clear explanation of the services that were going to be performed. The approximate time it was going to take was also provided with an offer to enjoy the waiting lounge where there was fresh brewed coffee and snacks, or there was a ride service available to take me home an pick me up when my car was done. Everything that was told me was spot one and best of all the actual price was a bit less than estimated. Everyone was professional and courteous, especially Richard the ride service driver. I bought my vehicle here and will continue to come back for service and when I'm ready to buy again. Great job to all!

I went in to AutoNation Honda 104 to get a preventive maintenance done on my Honda Accord. The service tech was courteous, helpful and friendly. My car was finished before the timeline the tech estimated. While I waited Jimmy asked me if I need a shuttle (I didn't), but he made sure to let me know that if I ever did it would be available. He was so kind. The waiting room is comfortable, there are plenty of drinks and snacks to help yourself to while you wait. Their service is excellent!

AutoNation has been a very reliable car dealer and car service place for me for more than a decade. However, my Honda Accord 2002 has had a problem that has not been solved recently. Every four thousands miles of driving, I go to the AutoNation for oil change. They indicate that the battery on the car is low every time. I have changed the battery many times. The service advisor advised to replace the starter that cost me 1000 dollars. Still what kills my new batteries is not known. So, I am a little worried about what kills the battery. I hope you, AutoNation personnel would give me some good suggestions about it. Thank you very much.

While my initial intention was to see how much I could get as a trade-in on my current 2016 CR-V, I was also interested in seeing how much the CR-V had changed in the past 3 years. It turns out there were many improvements. I still wasn?t convinced that I should take on a car payment and the salesperson respected that and simply made suggestions and asked questions. He did bring his manager out to speak with me and my husband, but she was an absolute delight to talk with. We spent at least 15 minutes just talking - and not about cars. When she gently steered the conversation back to vehicles, she did have a figure for my trade-in and one for the cost of the new CR-V. At that point they both walked away and left the decision completely up to us. This was one of the best experiences I?ve had buying a vehicle. Very little pressure (hey, they?re in the business of selling cars; there has to a bit of a push) extremely knowledgeable and helpful. And I now have a car payment again, lol.

In their defense they are busy on Saturdays and were doing the best they could. So I just suggest avoiding Saturday if you can. Brett was my salesman and he was nice, patient and personable. Most importantly to me he was not at all pushy. He let me do my thing without any pressure. And although the car pretty much sold me, it was icing on the cake that I didn't have to deal with a pushy salesman that was trying to up sell me at every turn. He did his best to get me the best deal possible and was very informative. He sat and talked with my family and I while numbers were being crunched and it didn't feel awkward at all. He really did take care of us up until the end. Casey was the guy who finished up with us in finance. He was extremely personable and even though he had been there long past his scheduled time off he still took his time explaining things. It was my first time financing and he explained everything so I could understand. Part of the reason the process took so long was because he was researching how to get me the extended warranty I wanted. It couldn't be done with the vehicle I bought but he did his best to look at every avenue that was possible. The small talk he made during the process made me feel comfortable as well. This was the biggest move I have made as far as buying a car goes and it felt so easy thanks to AutoNation Honda. They detail the car and fill up the tank for you as well. Total bonus! We bought a 2012 Honda Odyssey in October of 2018. The sales staff and manager kept carrying on about how hard it is to find an Odyssey and how much they are in demand. Before we agreed to buy it we noticed a noise when turning which is a CV joint issue. The sales guy tried to blow it off but, we know Honda's and we know what it is.They agreed to take care of that at our request before we would purchase the vehicle. We bought it and drove it less than 5 days and smoke started coming from the hood. We took it in ready to return it under their 5 day/250 mile satisfaction guarantee. They told us the motor mount was cracked and leaking hydraulic fluid onto the engine. They insisted they would cover the repair at no cost and did so that we would agree to keep it. BIG MISTAKE! (At this point I was still skeptical as to why they did not catch these issues during their highly advertised multi point inspection.) The vehicle was then okay for awhile aside from an annoying humming noise coming from the hood when the A/C was on. It was hardly driven except for the grocery store and errands. Then we started having some issues. The check engine light started coming on and the van started driving REALLY rough sometime around March 2019 and got really bad in May and June during a couple of road trips. The van would idle and run really rough even acting as if it was going to die while driving down the highway. We also had a problem with a humming noise while the A/C was on and the A/C not working properly. We took the van to another shop to have the A/C fixed and the clutch/compressor were replaced without any improvement at the tune of $1,300.00. We were informed by another mechanic when on that road trip that cylinder 2 was misfiring and that it was an issue covered by an extended warranty that was a result of a class action lawsuit against Honda. The cause is apparently the ECO mode on these vehicles which cannot be shut off. The computer turns off cylinders to save fuel consumption and in turn destroys your engine. They continue to put these pieces of crap in their vehicles to this day even though they know that around 80-100K miles the engine will start to go. It causes high oil consumption, CV and motor mount issues (surprise), and spark plug and cylinder problems. After returning home we took the vehicle in to Autonation Honda and were informed today that the van needs $4,000.00 in repairs in addition to the cylinder/spark plug issue covered under the extended warranty. It needs another CV joint replacement which was done less than 12 months ago as described above, a power steering pump seal, an ECT sensor, a new oil pump, and A/C door and temperature sensor. I'm astonished that they failed to catch all these issues at their inspection and won't warranty their CV work past 12000 miles which we are barely over from the few road trips we took. Even after getting the warranty issue fixed which they so conveniently didn't address during their inspection, there are humming noises coming from the power steering pump that they said was another issue Honda was aware of but was making people foot the bill for. We decided to get rid of this bucket before it blows up draining even more of our time and money. Much to our surprise some 10 months later, the van is now worth $6,000.00 less and no one wants them anymore. Apparently vehicles are only in demand when you're buying them and not when you're selling them. We now have to take an $10,000.00 bath on this van that was soooo great and now almost instantly isn't wanted by anyone. Very convenient. The service manager refuses to do anything. I am just beside myself that this dealership that prides themselves on being so honest sold us such a piece of crap and now wont even help us out with the MASSIVE loss we are gonna take on it. They clearly only care about themselves and the money they can extract from the next sucker that comes in. I was a Honda customer for life but now I will n

I signed up for an apt but was unsure if it would actually work, so I asked for a call to confirm. Didn't get it. Did get an email the day before the apt. Why did I get the warning popup? Oh, their aired up to 33psi. Ah I see, you just want me out the door and I won't get a straight answer. Hmm.. What about the option I chose on the website to get the tires rotated an balanced? Oh, the tires are 33psi. (sigh..) What about the recall email I received? Oh, there's nothing active on my car. Active? I had to go to the web to find out the details. This was an issue with Honda sending out a message to me for a vehicle I don't have. Not a horrible visit, but not one I'd recommend.

WE were to receive a clean car at time of presentation and pick-up. My opinion the car was put thru a rush job at best for being clean the windshield inside and out had not been touched. At time of inspection of same the for mentioned was not visible, until we left the Honda store and got onto 104th heading west. The dust inside and smug marks and residue left on the outside windshield are still their. The information section in front of steering wheel has residue of some kind. The outside mirrors both sides have water spots and that was their before we left the store.

We've been a satisfied customer since 2002. Six total Hondas: 2002 Odyssey, 2002 CRV, 1999 CIVC for daughter, 2014 CRV for daughter, 2015 CRV, replaced 2002 Odyssey, 2018 Odyssey, replaced 2015 CRV only because we again needed third row seating. Best experience buying a car I've ever had! No pressure, they listened to what I wanted, explained all the ins and outs of the car and its equipment and were very efficient, professional, and helpful. Brian Chu, the salesman was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and kind. He went above and beyond in every way. Val in finance was also super helpful in answering all my questions and did a great job. On top of all of this, the dealership is environmentally and socially conscious. They offer paper cups for water instead of plastic water bottles and support women through donations towards breast cancer research. I can't say enough good things about this place. I've had awful car dealer experiences in the past and am so very happy to have found this business. As soon as I pulled in the garage I was greeted by a young man who checked me in. I was impressed how clean the garage was. While sitting in the waiting room, an employee came to discuss what needed to be done on my car and told me the cost. He asked me if I wanted to wait the 2 hours it would take to repair my car or would I like the shuttle to take me home.

Worst car servicing experience. I have two different occasions that have gone horribly wrong...they have 0 customer service and some days I haven't even been able to get ahold of someone. I had to get a new air compressor and had them do the work on it. 1 year and 1 month later, my car had steam/smoke coming from the hood. I took it to the closest auto place and they said the air compressor went out and asked me if I had gotten one recently. I said yes and they said that the place I got it done didn't put in a new dryer which caused the compressor to fail. I called AutoNation Honda 104 8 times before I was able to talk to a human (scheduler) and they said they would get someone to talk to. I waiting 32 minutes on hold and they dropped the call. I finally lugged my children in to talk to a manager. He said there was not much he could do except lower the cost a bit on labor and the compressor. He acted like he was doing me a favor by charging me nearly $1600 for a new air compressor that failed because they didn't do it right, also the warranty ended after 1 year or 12,000 miles. I was just over the 1 year and under the 12,000 miles. I called the Meineke that had my van and they felt terrible for me and said they could do what they could to help me out. they were able to do my car for $1500 (same part and warranty as honda dealership) and they weren't the ones to screw it up. They caused more problems then they even fixed. Weird paying people to ruin your car. STAY AWAY from this place. my other experience was getting my alarm on the sliding doors to work properly. I told them they aren't closing right which then drains my battery. They told me that it was actually a battery issue, so i had to get everything connecting to the battery replaced...not cheap. Come to find out, the moment i leave the service center, my car doors are ringing. I make another appointment and they tell me my doors aren't closing right and so its draining my battery....I told them that is exactly what I told them the first time and they still made me pay for it. The next few days after that the door is still not closing right and i had to take it back for the 3rd time. They also said they would call me by noon to let me know whats going on. They didn't, and I couldn't get ahold of anyone until 5:45, and they let me know they needed to keep my car overnight. It was a nightmare trying to get ahold of someone.

Wish that pre-scheduling service actually counted for anything. Pretty sure I could have dropped-in and gotten out in the same time frame (2.5 hours). I also scheduled a repair at least a week in advance for the same service window, but there was no coordination between service and parts departments, so the needed part was not in stock (it was clear what part was needed). I get to go back, hoorah.

The service was okay as far as the actually service. I made the appointment online. Had I been told online that an oil change, check the fluids and rotating tires was to be done at their "express" service, it would have been appreciated. I don't consider 1-1/2 hours express service, either. I would have known not to drive in to the regular service area. As it was, I had to walk down to the "express" area and get checked in, then walk back to the waiting area on the other side. They called my name on the speaker and I walked out in to the main area and no one was there. Finally, a person who was a manager of the service area (I think), walked out and escorted me to the "express" service area. He told me in no uncertain terms that when you get an oil change, that it is going to be done in the express service area and that is where I needed to go to pick up car. At check out, I was handed the wrong keys and then had to walk out of the service area and to the parking lot to get my car. I never talked to the "technician" that had been assigned to me. I did not get a car wash coupon either.

Poor service. Rude salesman. The only reason to buy a car from them is through Costco program. However, shop locally, you might find a better deal. I was a few hours delay. I could have gotten a better deal in Boulder. I had no choices at that moment due to doctor appointment afterward. I wish I could return the car and buy a new one in Boulder.

I had to wait 6.5 hrs to program a chip key (when Jennifer told me it would be 2 hours)- and then they charge $75 - and make me tow my car in because they wouldn't give me the code to make the key work just once so i could drive it down to the dealership - instead i had to pay an additional $132 in tow charges. Communication was horrible. I had to call 3 different times to get an update and when I finally showed up at 6:30 Jennifer said it won't be ready until tomorrow. Sure enough 2 seconds later they pull the car around and i was finally on my way.

First of all it took more than 5 hours to buy a new car with a check, then once that was done the car was pulled up dirty without the extra windshield protectant applied. Then when I took the car back to have crossbars installed and to have it recleaned, (which sales never relayed to service) this took 4 hours and the car was still dirty on the top and on the inside of the tailgate. Then when I took it back again to have them diagnose the passenger side air vent not working. After 2 hours I went to see what was taking so long and was told it was taking longer than they thought. Then the service technician came back and told me “I just told them to stop what they were doing because you were in a hurry” the car then pulled up immediately (I don’t think they even touched the car). When I asked what took so long I was told it could take up to 3 hours because they have to pull apart the whole A/C unit. I took the car home and on the way stopped at another Honda dealer. The service tech there took out a flashlight and diagnosed the problem in 15 seconds, had it fixed and washed in less than an hour. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO AUTONATION! Customer service is awful.

Unfortunately the general manager is focused merely on the sale, with little attention to follow-up and customer service. Nearly 6 months after my car buying experience, the general manager has failed to return multiple voicemails, and emails. The dealership did not properly detail my trade-in prior to selling. My express toll transponder remained in the windshield and I was charged three months for someone else’s charges. Why three months one would ask... well my account is setup for auto payment and unfortunately it took that long to catch it.

I normally do service at a different Honda location. The prices at AutoNation are higher, but they price matched for me. I came in through Express Service for just an oil change and they quoted over an hour, when I questioned this (as I have never waited that long for an oil change) - they redirected services to Express to get me out in under an hour. I spoke with the manager, who was lovely and really made sure I had a good experience.

Over all was by far a better service department than another one I have had to use down the street. I had taken a different vehicle to a service department on 104th for an oil change they charged me for and didn’t do. It pays to mark your oil filters after every change. In all the years I have used them I have only had 1 problem and that quickly was resolved to my satisfaction SInce 2004 they have treated me with respect and favorably and with a level of quality service I can count on. What else would I want? And Jimmy the shuttle service gentleman is quite enjoyable. He stayed late just to come get me at least 30 mins after 5 PM, with no one else to shuttle, and I saw him there at 7:15 AM before the 7:45 AM shuttle back to my house!

I have never had better service anywhere. From the minute Millie checked me in for my B service and explained everything about the service to the time I picked my car up everything was awesome. This was a 2 to 3 hour service job so instead of waiting as I usually do for a simple oil change AutoNation Honda 104 had a Suttle drive me home, called when the job was done and send the suttle to come pick me up to go back to get my car. Jimmy the suttle driver called me to let me know how far away he was so I could be ready when he arrived. I have to say my experience was awesome & both Millie & Jimmy we’re simply delightful people. In today’s busy hustle, hustle world it is rare to find this kind of service & delightful people. They get a triple A rating in my book!

You changed a couple of air filters for me too. You are AAA rated. I am a long term member of AAA and try to always go to places they approve. The young man that waited on me was new but I would have never known it unless he had mentioned it to me. He did an outstanding job, very courteous and knew everything to do. I even got a 10% discount for being an AAA member and they also offer senior discounts. Great place. I will start using you for my car serving.

Poor customer service. Had to go four times to purchase our leased vehicle. The first time, we waited an hour and a half and finally decided to leave since no one helped us. The second time, we waited for half an hour before we we told that everyone was in a meeting and didn’t know when the meeting was ending. The third time we got to start our paperwork but didn’t finish because their system was having issues. Then, I got texts informing me that my lease wasn’t finalized and we might get charged because we hadn’t gone in. Never mind our attempts to go in three times before and didn’t get it finalized because of their lack of follow through. It wasn’t until the fourth time that we finalized the purchase. If I could give them a zero stars I would.

I would never buy a used car from here again. Bought a car with an agreement in writing to do a paint job and touch up. We came back to drop the car off with their services and then were told it'd be ready the next day. Came back and saw basically nothing done- they did only one wheel well so 25% of the job was done. The manager Tim came out and kept telling us he spent 200 dollars on us already. They then wanted to see things in writing, so they printed a copy out and then realized they were in the wrong and so then Tim refused to talk to us so we had to work with one of his guys, who kept telling us he couldn't help us but would keep relaying the information/conversation to his manager. First off- the car we bought was much more than 200 dollars, I think you're still making a profit. Secondly - a deal is a deal AND it is in writing! And thirdly - are we playing a game of telephone? The manager Tim was literally sitting behind the door just laying back and talking to his other guys laughing. The story gets worse. Finally instead of playing messenger, I asked the sales associate to please just bring his sales manager Tim out again so we could talk to him and find some middle ground. Tim came out probably 30-40 minutes later and spends less than 5 minutes with us - after being tongue tied and never keeping a straight consistent story (there was a moment when they said we promised to do wheel wells and I pointed out wheel wells, PLURAL, and the sales associate and his manager Tim looked at each other in a frenzy), Tim the manager storms off yelling at my boyfriend in front of the whole storeroom. Really professional... I'm glad the sales associates have a manager who they can really use as a model. This place is the stereotypical car dealership where they try to schmooze you and then don't honor their deals even in writing making you wait for hours (probably in hopes that you'll give up). Do not buy a used car here, in fact don't buy ANY car here. Service terrible. People terrible. And honestly? You can find a used car (or new Honda) anywhere else and be happier you avoided this place. I am hoping there is some closure or resolution from corporate or the site's upper management as I've tried to reach out to them and will update if that happens...

I brought my older Odyssey van in for an oil change and trip check. Greg was very courteous and helpful, which I really appreciated. Looking at my previous service records he suggested that I would probably also need brake and steering fluid flush and wheel alignment, but that he would have the mechanic check first to make sure. It turns out I did need these services so I was happy to get them taken care of. Greg made sure to give me his card with direct line in case I had any questions or needed a shuttle pickup. I give this visit 5 stars.

The work that needed to be done appears to have been taken care of but trying to get a hold of someone in the service are via phone is unreal. I was not called when car was finished and I started calling Thursday afternoon with no luck, even the operator could not help. Finally on Friday morning called an took the option for a new appointment options to finally get a live person to verify car was finished and get the shuttle scheduled to pick me up. You need to figure out that phone system so customers can talk to a live person.

They made me feel at ease and aware of everything, including pricing, which I was really thankful for. They laid out my monthly payments perfectly and did not pressure me to add on extra costs that I didn't feel comfortable with. My husband purchased my Honda Accord February 2016 brand new top of the line and he paid it off last year the anniversary of our purchase... Ive purchased other packages with this location and the service in return was dissatisfactory on all levels... They loss my paperwork due to not following their own protocol and had the nerves to make it my problem.. my husband had to bring paperwork that they couldnt find to prove my purchase ridiculous... then humility came after my humiliation not acceptable... Believe me I will be writing the CEO of Autonation...

I bought a Hyundai Santa Fe from Auto Nation Honda 104 about a month ago. The driver side sunshade fell off less than two weeks after I bought it. They won't fix it. And now the alternator has gone out on me and I haven't even made my first payment!! The battery was over 5 years old, which I should have seen when I was test driving the thing, but I assumed that their service department had done their job and replaced the battery that was past it's useful life. And now that the alternator has gone out, they are refusing to make it right. Did I mention that I haven't even had the car long enough to make my first payment? I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

I took my car in to get an oil change and an unresolved issue from my previous appointment and they were able to look up what the issue was and fix it. I couldn't remember what the issue was before and didn't have funds at that time to fix it but it was easily taken care of this visit. I also got a shuttle to take me home and bring me back without a wait at all. They've always were good at their job and they have great customer service!

I've had nothing but problems with this dealership. They sent me a $25 gift card because of all the problems. A month ago I got a card in the mail from them with 5 coupons, reduced price oil change, a reduce price tire rotation and other items. The coupons expired in a month. So I go to the dealership for service and the tell me they can can only take 1 offer and my gift card they gave me for all the problems is considered an offer, not cash. So who goes to a dealership for a tire rotation only with out getting an oil change? My point is the coupons are worthless because who is going to have 2 services done in a month, no one. This dealership turns over employees very frequently, which is a sign of management problems. Run , don't walk from this dealership.

After an exhausting car search over many weeks, I happened to go to AutoNation's website and there was a beautiful Honda Odyssey in my budget. I went in and was impressed at everyone's offer to help. My salesman, Michael, really listened to my needs and his patience was very much appreciated. I'm so pleased with the Odyssey and love it more each time I drive it. We purchased a used Honda Crosstour on 1/20/2016 from your dealership (AutoNation Honda 104, Westminister, CO). After just two days of driving it, we found that the car was not working very well. It is not running smooth and is shifting on the right side. In addition, we did not get a call from the Services department to fix the issues we were promised would be fixed, including but not limited to: Front windshield broken Oil change required Back seats dont stay upright but fall down Replace tires Replace brakes This left us feeling very uneasy and we decided to return the car. We had a 3 day / 150 mile return guarantee. We called the sales person who we had worked with and told him we were coming down to return the car. He did not ask why or mention that they will fix the open issues. When we got to the dealership, Jeremy, the sales person calculated the mileage difference. His calculation was 28804 28635 = 231 miles (We took a picture and sent it to Autonations General Manager). If you actually calculate the difference, it is 169 miles. How does a person change 169 to 231? Why would a person do this? And more importantly what kind of person lies and cheats and does something like this? Jeremy kept insisting that the difference it too high and he will not take the car back. We explained that we leave 35 miles away and just to go home and come back to return the car alone will put 70 miles on but he was not willing to listen. We also itemized how much we have driven the car. The details are below: Date Day Trip Miles 1/20/2016 Wednesday Dealership to Home 33.8 1/21/2016 Thursday Home to airport 26.7 1/21/2016 Thursday Airport to home 26.7 1/22/2016 Friday Home to kids school 1.4 1/22/2016 Friday Kids school to home 1.4 1/22/2016 Friday Home to dealership 33.8 Total Miles: 123.8 At this point, we asked to speak with his manager. Jeremy refused and said he himself was a manager, manager of online sales. When we asked to speak to his supervisor, he reluctantly brought Ben out as his manager. Ben had made up his mind even before he spoke one word with us. He did not bother to check the calculations. He pulled out a carfax report from 4 days before we brought the car and said that the calculations were wrong and he needs to gives us 40 miles back. But then he went on to say that even with that, 231 minus 40 would be a difference of 191 which is way too high and so he will not take the car back. Our point is, even going by your numbers, the difference is 169 and you said we need to take 40 more miles off so that brings it down to 129 miles, way under 150 miles. Also, this number, your number of 129 miles is actually very close to 123.8 miles, the number of miles we calculated and are shown in the table above. So, we are under 150 miles and within 3 days, as per the agreement. Manager Ben is the one who identified the 40 mile error. We are really not sure why Ben and Jeremy are refusing to take the car back. My husband also offered to pay for rental for 3 days but they would not listen to that either. Ben was very loud and very rude. I asked for his business card. He said he did not have one. So, I asked for his contact information and he refused to give it. I then asked for his manager. He said she was in Florida. We told Ben and Jeremy that we were leaving the car and the keys there. I also asked Ben for his managers contact information and business card and he said he will get it and then both he and Jeremy left to get it and went in their room and did not come out. We waited several minutes and then went to get the GMs number and again brought the calculation errors up but instead of listening to us, Ben threatened to call the cops on us!! The receptionist was very helpful, more helpful than Managers Jeremy and Ben, and connected me with the voice mail of the actual Manager, Janice. I left two messages with her on Friday night itself. In addition to summarizing what had happened in the voicemail, I had also indicated that we have left the car on the very first parking spot right off of the front door and had given the keys to Ben and Jeremy. After leaving 3 voicemail messages, we got an email from Janice and we set up a time when we could talk over the phone. She did not call. Since then we sent another email, left a voicemail and called three more times all of which went straight to voicemail. We have several more statements that were made by the people we interacted with but our goal is to come to a resolution. We are appalled and mortified at the way we were treated by the employees. Even though they committed the mistakes, they refused to admit to them or listen to reason, and do the honorable thing by taking the car back. Apologizing for their multiple mistakes would be too much to ask. In the meantime, we are without a car. We cannot buy another one since we dont know if we are going to get our money back or not. My family and my children are being greatly impacted. The rating of 1 is because we need to select a rating. Actual rating should be in the negative.

I set up a service appointment because the passenger window does not roll down from the driver side and the 12V charger does not work on my 2012 Honda Pilot. They also were performing an oil change. I was informed that if I dropped the car off at 8:30, they would call when the work was completed. At 4:40, I had not heard anything, so I called the service department. They told me about all sorts of other services that my car needs, and informed me that my car was still in process of being fixed and would be ready at 5:30. When I arrived at 5:30, my car was not done. Lance, the service person that I was working with, acted like his personal phone call was more important than helping me. He disappeared to locate my car for more than 15 minutes. When he came back, he tried to charge me for items that were supposed to be covered by the extended warranty on the vehicle. Once that was resolved, and I was in my car, I tested the window...to my surprise, it still did not work! When I brought this to Lance's attention, I was informed that it just worked a minute ago. So, I took him to my car and showed him that it did not work, and he told me that I would have to bring the car back. Lance also stated that he relied on what his mechanic said and never actually saw the window work. Upon leaving the dealership, I plugged my phone into the 12V, which actually worked until I turned the corner out of the parking lot...it no longer works...so I was out of a car for an entire day while they did nothing to my car that they were originally scheduled to perform. I tried to call the Manager of the Service Department to ensure that if I brought the car back that it would actually get fixed, and have not been able to connect with her. I will be locating a different Honda dealer for services going forward!

I did my homework before shopping and test driving at several dealers. When I got to AutoNation Honda 104, I was greeted by Steve Wise, who made it immediately clear that he was going to listen to my needs and desires, and then work to match them quickly and with none of the usual sales banter. I knew what other dealers were offering, and the base pricing and recommendations for options I received were aligned with my preferences. I went in for a test drive, and left a couple of hours later with the exact car I wanted at the best price around. I will go back to AutoNation, and I recommend them (and Steve) to everyone looking for the car you want at the price you want.

Horrible experience.....Wife Purchased a new Honda Fit on the 18th...Honda ran a credit check on Me without my approval...Nor did I even give them my social security number...I was lied to by Rick (sales manager).....Most of the new cars there have scratches on them.(look close).They get all the reject Hondas ..the window tint has air bubbles,the clear bras are installed poorly.....They also sell hail damaged cars without disclosing to buyers.......After reading reviews of the service department issues My wifes new Honda will never be serviced there!..laugh!...Not that I would of taken it there anyways! Also drove the car off the lot with only 1/4 tank full of gas.....POOR POOR Customer service..The GM took 4 days to call Me back with answers to the issues.....Do yourself a big favor people...Go somewhere else to buy a new Honda.......Stay away f
